On 11/30/2022, Shop-Ware experienced a service disruption which lasted about 13 minutes between 2:50pm US/Pacific to 3:03pm US/Pacific. The service disruption was due to an incident affecting Heroku, our upstream service provider. This would have also affected other internet companies using Heroku as an upstream provider (not just Shop-Ware). The Shop-Ware engineering team has verified that systems are working normally at this time.
